Wrapping it up

Today we finished editing the whole video. Logan did a bit of editing since are last meet in class. Today was definitely one of the hardest days due to the transition we tried to make. While zooming in on the pictures in the album we wanted to smoothly transition into a video. We started off by using a few provided transitions to maybe find one that fits perfectly. Once we found the best transition we  had to make it look smooth as possible. This part of editing probably took 45 minutes. We also had about 3 seconds of extra time. We then had to make the rest of our scenes too the look clean and smooth. We started of  trying to make me walking from the room to the bathroom look it was in one take to the best of our abilities. The flow the film was starting to come together when we has a slight error. We had got caught up editing when we realized we had overpassed the time limit by 10 seconds. This really set us back because we now had to figure out a way to keep our transitions smooth staying under the time limit. First we cut a bit off of each clip which gave back about 3 seconds. Then we tried taking off as much as we could from the transitions. In the end we realized the audio file was longer than we needed. This left us with another problem we now needed 8 seconds to meet our time limit. I sent Logan the last part I made up which was about 5 seconds. I then made our transition a bit longer getting us to the set time. The process was hard but the film turned out great.
