AICE Media Studies

                      This is my CCR on our project I did a home tour while talking about the questions to keep things entertaining. 

                          This is our final film. I hope you enjoy we put lots of handwork into it. We worked through the hard parts and overall I feel my production skills have improved greatly.

The past week we re filmed and edited. The process of the film has been long but we finally finished. We really worked through the hard parts of editing learning lots of new skills. The filming process was good but I think it could have been better. I sent the final video out just a few more times to the people. I chose people who saw the first process because they could see all the improvements. They all agreed it improved greatly. I think we have done everything we could possibly do in the amount of time we had. I think that it possibly could have been better if we didn't have so many problems with getting a date to film. Every week someone had something going on. We would have had more time for editing and re filming. I also think that we could have improved our script and scene planning but we made it work. We were almost done with the film. We had filmed everything we wanted and only one thing to edit left. We thought this would be a simple process but it turned out to be much harder. We originally had one ending which we changed as people didn't like it. We thought we could easily replace the one we had but it really messed up the whole flow of the film. It first messed up the sound. It also really messed up our sound effect audios. After all this happened we decided to try and fix the situation. After many attempts we realized that we were going to have to change up the whole film a little bit. The audio did not take took long as all I did was extend some of the parts a bit more. I inserted a new transition for the scene ass well. I then moved on to fix the time of our film as it went over again. It only took a few quick edits to get that part done. Everything was looking good at this point. I sent it too the group for them to make any little changes they wanted. After they changed...

 After we finished what we thought was good I thought it would be a good idea to have some people to look at it. I asked each person to give honest opinions on hat could be improved. Mostly everyone said that the title scene could do some work. I spent a bit of time improving on things they mentioned. After a bit of work all of the people I showed it to thought it was better. They then mentioned that some of the cuts were a little to sudden. I quickly fixed it up by lengthening some and completely altering others.  A few other people also thought some of the music we put in did not fit well with the theme of the film. This problem I brought up with my groupmates with a few other ideas for music and they also agreed that there were better choices. After a bit of fixing up I presented the film one more time to another group and they all had very little problems that we thought were fine.  We finally finished editing our film. Although this may not be our final cut this is were we decided it was good enough. I still plan to go an ask other peoples opinions. This will help find those small errors and get great ideas to improve the film. Anyways back to what I did over the past couple of days to finish up the editing process. I first started out by asking a few other people on the opening title scene as I wanted a few more opinions on the final cut. I then went on to begin work on the transitions between each scene. This was one of the most important parts as it would make the film look smooth. I first started looking at a few of the transitions that the platform provided to me. After a few different looks I sent the video back to my group mates again. They had a few other ideas as they thought it would be better to keep some of the transitions more basic. I changed them and sent it one more time for the final agreement on the transitions. I then moved onto the last t...

 We finally were able to finish the filming process this week. We all got together after school to finish up at the same place. We had all the same actors as before so we picked up were we left. We began by filming a few fight scenes. We prioritized getting the perfect camera angle for these scenes as it would make the scene more dramatic and intense. We also used lots of different lighting like darker areas because it may make a fear of darkness or what's about to happen. We really wanted to make the film very heart racing for a viewer. We continued on filming a view more scenes I acted as one of the special agents for the film for most of the film. We finished up with a few more scenes and got everything we needed for the film. After we were done with that I decided to start editing. I Started off by making the intro and title scene. I used the one I created a few weeks ago to help give me an idea.
